Your written confirmation includes the final vehicle, pickup schedule, price and payment instructions.
- Reservation: a 50% deposit is required to confirm the service; the remaining 50% is paid at the end of the airport drop-off.
- More than 72 hours before service: the deposit is refundable minus non-refundable Stripe, PayPal or other payment-processor fees.
- 48–72 hours before service: 50% of the deposit is refundable, minus non-refundable processor fees.
- Less than 48 hours before service: the deposit is non-refundable, including no-shows.
- If Mérida Private Tours cannot provide the confirmed service: full refund of everything you have paid.
- Force majeure: Mérida Private Tours will offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund according to the circumstances.

No. The rates are per private vehicle. The Sedan starts at USD $30 for 1–3 passengers, and the Suzuki Ertiga or similar starts at USD $60 for 4–6 passengers.
Do you offer pickups from MID Airport?
No. This service covers drop-offs only, from your hotel, Airbnb or confirmed residence in Mérida to Mérida International Airport.
Where can you pick me up?
We can pick you up from a hotel, Airbnb or private residence within Mérida. The exact address must be confirmed before the service.
How early should I leave for the airport?
The recommended time depends on your flight, airline requirements, luggage and traffic. Share your departure time and we will recommend an appropriate pickup time.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The Sedan is suitable for 1–3 passengers with light luggage. The Suzuki Ertiga or similar is suitable for 4–6 passengers, subject to the amount and size of luggage.

What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours before service, the deposit is refundable minus non-refundable payment-processor fees. From 48 to 72 hours, 50% of the deposit is refundable minus processor fees. Less than 48 hours, and no-shows are non-refundable. If Mérida Private Tours cannot provide the confirmed service, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid. In force-majeure situations, rescheduling or an appropriate refund will be offered according to the circumstances.
Is luggage included?
Yes, within the reasonable capacity of the selected vehicle. The customer must provide the number and approximate size of all bags before confirmation.
Is payment required to request a quote?
