The route covers approximately 320 km and usually takes around 4 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions and the exact pickup and drop-off points.
Yes. Highway tolls and gasoline are included in the confirmed private-vehicle price.
Yes. Optional stops may be arranged when agreed and quoted in advance so the route and timing remain appropriate for your destination or flight.
The Sedan is designed for up to 3 passengers with suitable luggage. For groups of 4–6 passengers or heavier luggage, the Suzuki Ertiga is usually the better fit. Final capacity depends on the number and size of all suitcases.
Because the drive takes around 4 hours, sufficient time must be added for traffic, airline check-in and airport security. Share your flight departure time and we will recommend an appropriate pickup time from Mérida.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the service. The remaining 50% is paid at the end of the service. Secure payment is available through Stripe or PayPal after the final details and price are approved.
More than 72 hours before service, the deposit is refunded minus non-refundable payment processor fees. From 48 to 72 hours, 50% of the deposit is refunded minus those fees. Less than 48 hours before service, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Force majeure may allow rescheduling or an appropriate refund.
